- Prices are per day + apartment, excluding final cleaning rate & local tourism taxes (2025: free for children Born till 2010).
- Prices are for the standard occupation. Additional costs for perons on the sofa bed/additional bed occur (children 0-2 years are free, children 4-12 years € 30,-/day, chidren from 13/adults € 40,-/day.
- Charges for final cleaning depend on apartment size (from € 75,- to € 200,-)
- An intermediate cleaning can be booked in advanced. Prices are depending on apartment size (from € 60,- to € 160-)

Arrival and departure: Your holiday apartment is at your disposal from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10.00 am.Our house is a non-smoking house - we would like to ask our guests to consider this!
Smoking on the balcony or on the terrace is of course allowed.Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
You can insure yourself against the cancellation fee by taking out cancellation insurance.
